I'm fun, bubbly, honest, steadfast, caring, romantic, and a little old-fashioned.
I enjoy the outdoors (dogs, horses, woodland walks), writing (poetry, prose and children's literature), reading, gardening, furniture restoration and DIY.
I'm a teacher and a tutor. I work hard and I value the difference I hope I make in children's lives.
I have three grown up daughters and a big hairy dog.
I embrace new adventures and challenges - 50 is the new 20! But equally, an evening spent by the fire with good wine and good company is one of life's essentials.
I am a passionate historian and love all things old - houses, cars, furniture, books, men? Ha!
