About her
All my friends would say I'm kind, and I would say the same about them. Kindness is a bottom line for me, but that doesn't make me a pushover. I asked my friends and they said I'm strong-willed, imaginative (by which I mean creative), perceptive, agreeable and forthright. I recognise myself in that description and hope it doesn't sound too contradictory! I am a people person - very interested in other people and their experiences of life. I follow politics and current affairs but I'm not interested in extremes. I'm very much an outdoor person, and in the normal run of things I like to be outside as much as possible. In this weird lockdown world I'm doing a lot of gardening and have created a wonderful garden retreat. I've also started doing things I loved years ago - cooking, baking, keeping tropical fish, painting, writing. I like a good movie (who doesn't?), a good book, being in nature, and around animals.

I'm looking for someone who is kind, polite, curious, funny. You don't have to have read Shakespeare but being interested in other people is a must. I'd like to share food, countryside, travel and ideas. TV sport is not my thing - but if it's yours I can go shopping, or talk on Zoom with my friends!
