I've a 9 to 5 job as a marketing exec, but when I'm not working, I'm in the kitchen cooking up a storm. I love homemade food and cooking is my passion.
I use locally sourced seasonal ingredients. I cook a good Sunday dinner. At this time of year, there's nothing like milk poached caramelised parsnips done in my sousvide.
Today I had beef keema pie with tumeric roasties. It's not the same when it's just for one.
I take part in ballet dancing classes and yoga to stay in shape. It makes up for my love of food 🤣
