I like to think of myself as a young 53-year-old, who has a wicked sense of humour. Generally I am happy, compassionate and easy-going caring, who always tries to see the best in everyone. I love going for walks (with our dog), playing badminton and swimming or working on my allotment. I also like cooking, meeting up with family/friends, going to the pictures & theatre, drawing & doodling or curling up on the sofa with a good book!
I am not high maintenance, the one thing that will always cheer me up.is a simple act of kindness - this can be a hug, a cuppa, a laugh or simple being appreciated even if things don't go to plan. When someone takes a moment to repay a kindness or make me laugh - it will always lift my spirits! It is the little things in life that are important.

I would love to meet a kind, caring, loving, supportive and fun individual, who has similar interests as me that would be interested in a potential long-term relationship. I am in no rush and am happy to see how it develops – essential when children are involved.
The most important thing I am looking for in a person is someone …. who would like to get to know both me and my kids (we kinda come as a package) and would be happy to participate in family life - the good, the bad and the .... well you know how the saying goes!!!! My kids are my everything and I am looking for someone to join me on our family adventures! To love, laugh, have fun experiences with! Also, an animal lover is a must, someone who is happy to come along on dog walks is essential - we currently have a very loveable, bouncy and energetic lurcher (who thinks he is part kangeroo) to entertain and a wee hamster too!
