I was studying to be a sommelier but decided that it wasn't for me, so for now I'm just saving up and thinking about what to try next. I have an adventurous spirit and enjoy delving into local history and exploring old ruins, listening to old stories. I also love reading and learning, being outdoors, working on my feet, love to cook, love snow days. I'm learning how to play guitar, although my cat hates it.
To me the spice of life includes the little things, plenty of humor, a peppering of deep introspection, and a dash of spontaneity.

I'm looking for someone who has gotten through enough hurdles in life to know themselves pretty well and think about what they want in their life. Someone who has passions, curiosity, and a love for humor, as well as the ability to take things seriously when the moment calls for it.
I'd love to meet a guy to go on adventures with whether it's hikes, urban excursions, road trips, investigating old archives in the library, exploring the local food scene, or anything in between. It would also be great to find someone that enjoys the occasional lazy day staying in pajamas watching Spaghetti Westerns. Maybe while eating spaghetti if we're feeling wild.
My deal breakers are abusive behavior (obviously), being mean to the waiter/waitress, people that only want to talk politics, habitual smokers/drinkers/partiers... guys who have their own name tattooed on themselves.
