About her
Without laughter, what is life? Family, friends, good food, wine & music - that’s the magic. Along with a great sense of humour, honesty, integrity, compassion, compromise, kindness, diplomacy and a large helping of spontaneity - they are my guiding principles. All are key words for me and traits which I seek in others too.
Terrific cook which dove tails with my love of entertaining. Love horse & car racing, dancing (disco or cheek to cheek), walking & swimming in a warm, clear sea (preferably my beloved Greek islands where I seek the lesser known, undiscovered gems seeking authentic food). The odd bike ride, the odd blue run. Used to play golf in my youth - might dabble again. Theatre, opera, galleries, museums. Pop concerts - I have surprisingly eclectic tastes in music and enjoy most genres. Recent concerts: Ellie Goulding, Van Morrison, Diana Ross. On Wish List: Jack Savoretti, Thuy, Tyla, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Usher, Sabrina Claudio, Hauser, Christian Kuria to name a few. Love creating varied or themed playlists often asked to do so for friends. Lived abroad in Europe for 24 years so have a broader less blinkered view of life & culture. Travel? Of course - much still to do.

Currently exploring volunteering opportunities within charities that help veterans, the elderly or young adult mentoring. Previously over the years have worked in journalism, advertising, for a diplomat & in banking.
